We are hiring an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the team at Jaalala. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in our IAK Mall location.

Waxaan raadinaynaa Maamule Dukaan (Store Manager) khibrad leh oo firfircoon si uu u maamulo dukaanka Jaalala.  Qofka aan raadinayno waa inuu noqdaa hogaamiye wanaagsan, ilaalin kara habsami u socodka shaqada, isla markaana kordhin kara iibka.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, inventory, and cash handling
  • Train, supervise, and motivate sales staff to perform their best
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are displayed attractively
  • Create reports on sales results and staff performance

Must Have

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Retail Supervisor
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in Somali and English
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/POS systems) are an advantage

Masuuliyadaha Shaqada:
  •  Maamulida hawl maalmeedka dukaanka, alaabta (inventory), iyo lacagta.
  • Tababarida iyo dhiirigelinta shaqaalaha si ay shaqada u gutaan si heer sare ah.
  • Xaqiijinta in macaamiisha loo sameeyo soo dhawayn iyo adeeg aad u wanaagsan.
  • Ilaalinta nadaafada dukaanka iyo habaynta alaabta (display).
  • Diyaarinta warbixinada iibka iyo waxqabadka shaqaalaha.
Shuruudaha:
  • Waa inuu leeyahay khibrad hore oo maamul ama ganacsi ah.
  • Waa inuu leeyahay xirfad hogaamineed iyo mid isku-dubarid.
  • Waa inuu ku fiican yahay xidhiidhka (Af-Soomaali iyo English).
  • Aqoonta Computer-ka (sida Excel) waa mid la doorbidayo.
